Back to school

I saw this post from Alex's blog regarding about our day trip back to CLHS....so I won't bother blogging about my trip back to school.

"Went back to Chung Ling for a visit this morning with Jon. Timing was impeccable as the the Form Sixers were just coming out for their recess. Met up with some friends, haven't met most of them in months. From the looks of it, things still are pretty much the same. The juniors still walk around with clueless looks on their faces, very similar to the ones that me and the other people in my form had when were juniors.

Paid our old teachers a visit. Me and Jon spent two years as classmates so we have nearly all the same teachers. Most of them were their usual self, and when asked by Jon to compare the students of present and past, one cheerful English Language teacher answered, and I quote, "Well, they're still noisy, but NOTHING as hi-fi as u lot."

Let me explain, Jon, being easily bored, always came up with things to amuse himself in class. Anything from reading magazines, going out for a stroll, sneaking out of school grounds, sleeping in front of the teacher, taking pictures of the teacher while he/she is teaching, loitering ,following me around when i'm running errands and when he get really bored with school, he doesn't even bother to go(btw...dude,you forgot about gambling...lol.).It should be noted that he attended less that 20% of Chinese lessons in Form 5. Partly because he hated the subject, party because he didn't like the teacher very much.


There were a few changes, mostly to the buildings. They added a new floor on top of the Living Skills Block, nothing fancy, just an extension, while the observatory had to be moved. The garden behind the old block's toilet was removed, and replaced by some trees. Not sure why they did that. Should have just planted those nice plants into the ground instead. The new trees are hideous. The canteen's been upgraded. The new tiles are a nice touch, so are the new fixed tables and benches but the tiles meant that the floor was raised by about half an inch.

The only thing that I wished I could do was to check out how this year's batch of Young Entrepreneurs are doing. I understand that the most important sales event of the year was coming up in a couple of weeks and I would really love to see their progress and how the guys are coping. Maybe even give them a few tips. lol.. Two YE veterans who would love to do it all over again. Haha..

It was a short visit, only spent about an hour in school. It was really nice meeting up with some old friends again and I wish them all the best in Form Six."

What the heck Alex?!?!?! Me easily bored??Need things to amuse myself?? Being bored yes but easily bored?? When you have 2 guys sitting beside you (1 lying on the table drooling away while the other 1 with a tie lying on your shoulder sleeping) and a teacher who teaches gawd knows what...HOW CAN YOU NOT BE BORED??!?!!?

Anyway,before me and Alex did our trip back to school...I did go back to school with Derek just for fun.(Even after we grad from high school...we're still doing all those jiao su)Kids in CLHS are not as siao as before...my seniors were really crazy,my batch was just as crazy but now all my juniors are all so kuai man.They only want to study study study study study study study study study and study...gawd!!! No more sneaking out of class/school...no more bringing laptops to class,no more having breakfast and playing chest in class, no more asking questions that will crack the teacher's head....lol.Its been only less than a year since i've left CLHS and I can see there's been lots of changes in the school...not only physically but the mentally among the students too.Maybe this phenomenon was due to the fact that these kids played too much pokemon cards during their childhood days.
